  1. Add beef to crock pot and break up into smaller pieces using a large wooden spoon
  2. Chop butternut squash, bell peppers, yellow onion, and garlic. Add to crock pot.
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and spices to the crock pot.
  4. Mix everything well and set to low for 8 hours.
